"Susanna is AMAZING! She seriously created the wedding dress of my dreams and I came to her with lots of ideas for customizations! Susanna is also so friendly and welcoming! She made me feel so comfortable and I had so much fun at my appointments with her. She always asked how things were feeling, what I liked, and if there was anything I didn’t like. When my dress was done, she walked me through how to bustle my dress (color coded and everything!) and how to hang and store it properly. Seriously loved working with her and I drove from 3 hours away to see her for multiple appointments, so you know she’s worth it!! 100000/10 recommend!!

"Susanna was INCREDIBLE! She took my mom's old wedding dress out of the '80s and into the present. I came in with a general concept, but Susanna displayed amazing creativity and skill in executing a top with a jacket made for my wedding day. She removed extra appliqués that I was not excited about, and she took all the parts of my mother's original dress that I liked and brought them to the forefront. It felt like a collaborative and fun process, and I loved working with her. I would highly recommend her, especially if you're not going for a classic wedding gown."

"Although I originally booked Looking Sharp Alterations for one dress, Susanna actually ended up helping me with two: the measurements for my morning bridal lehenga (Indian dress) and the alterations for my evening white dress. When I reached out to ask her to do the lehenga measurements, she fit me in her schedule without hesitation. The lehenga fit so perfectly despite it being measured and made on opposite sides of the world - everyone was so impressed! Then, when my white dress first arrived, it had some features that I honestly didn't love - but when I brought the dress for alterations, Susanna was immediately able to transform it (while I was wearing it) into a gorgeous outfit that I was incredibly proud to wear. Sessions with her were easy and fun, and I always left the appointment with a new happiness and confidence in my outfits. Susanna is absolutely amazing, and I feel so, SO lucky to have worked with her!"

Susanna is an incredibly talented artist when it comes to wedding dress alterations! I had an all-lace dress that needed the whole nine yards (bustle, hemming, straps shortened, etc.) and she was transparent with me from the beginning about pricing and what would make sense structurally for the dress. Thanks to her, my dress was flawless for my big day and I could not be more grateful! Go with Susanna for your wedding dress alterations
